Nexa suite is defined by minimal lines and a clear spatial organization. The design combines bright tones with dark wood finishes, creating a refined and luxurious atmosphere. Comfort is introduced through a customized sofa and bespoke furniture, all designed by the architect to optimize storage while maintaining a sense of openness.

In the bedroom, the transparency of the wardrobe enhances visual depth, giving the impression of a larger space. An additional office area positioned in front of the window takes advantage of the park view, offering a calm working environment.

The compact bathroom recalls the quality of a hotel, featuring a transparent shower enclosure, a full-height mirror, and concealed architectural lighting that promote a sense of relaxation and well-being.
